Clients engaging our services agree to:

  • Pay fees as agreed in engagement letters

10. Fee Structure and Refunds

Our fee structure is outlined in individual service agreements. Fixed fees (such as for Exit Ready Package) are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Success fees are contingent upon successful transaction completion. All fees are subject to applicable taxes.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, confidentiality obligations, indemnity and limitations of liability.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Capital Link Business Advisory, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law
